Flight Plan '25

After last year's inspiring premiere, Flight Plan is back in 2025 - once again bringing together leading voices to accelerate the transition to sustainable regional aviation.

– With Flight Plan '25, we want to drive the transition to sustainable aviation that connects our Nordic countries. This is not just a conference, it is a meeting for change agents who want to move from vision to action,
says Emma Sandsjö, Project Manager Electric Flight Gotland.

Flight Plan '25 is a forum focusing on sustainable aviation and accelerated transition, with speakers and participants from all over the world. How electric, hybrid and hydrogen-powered aircraft solutions can redraw the map is on the agenda, as well as sustainable aviation fuels and the role of regional aviation in a climate-conscious society.

Flight Plan '25 welcomes a wide range of participants from across the ecosystem - from aviation, fuel and energy companies to policy makers, service providers, researchers, innovators and destination developers.

– It is precisely at the intersection of different industries and perspectives that new solutions emerge. Flight Plan is about gathering strength and creating the future together,
says Emma Sandsjö.
